At long last, I’m in search for different artists who would contribute much to the wellness of our environment. Yes, you would need not to go farther ‘cause he’s just our very own Filipino exceptional artist – Mr. RAL ARROGANTE.
When I visited Shangri-La Plaza in Edsa-Shaw last Feb. 27, 2010 through Philippine International Visual Arts Festival 2010 (PIVAF), it was a drop-jaw moment seeing unbelievable creations by him.
Though at first you’d never know it was from a junk turning into something else like miniatures of planes, ships, houses, & etc. Even dragonflies or insects may be seen made out of coppers, wires, blinds and other less-fortunate junks (haha!).
You might not be that amazed until you see it yourself.

Experience the Artist’s thoughts with different Indigenous explorations.
His post says:
“ A self-taught artist who ingeniously puts together copper parts into witty metal sculptures. He has assembled clocks, animals and decorative pieces from copper used as electrical, automotive or computer parts. The basic form of the objects depicted are shaped by creatively tying or connecting copper scraps together. Some sculptures derived from Arrogante’s experiences and surroundings can be manipulated and moved by the viewer…”
